Great treadmill, quiet and easy to use. Excellent customer support too—they quickly helped when I misplaced the safety key.
Beware registering it with PitPat, once registered you are automatically part of a “club” that charge a fortune membership after 1 week. I found it very hard to cancel as it was all over the place with no “cancel” button…………
Saying all that, the treadmill is very good at a decent price.

I was dubious about receiving this treadmill as I didn’t read DeerRuns reviews until after purchasing. However, I had no need to worry. Delivery and customer support was good and treadmill is very good and sturdy. Would recommend
As the title suggests, the bike is great! I think it’s extremely good value for money and is probably better than the spin bikes in my local gym. Can’t fault it. Fantastic product.
The app however, is really dodgy, I don’t trust it at all. Since registering on the PitPat app, the secure net on my broadband has registered an increase in suspicious activity. As a result I have tried to contact PitPat to request all of my data is removed from their system. This was two weeks ago and I am yet to receive a response, which is very disappointing and isn’t doing anything to reassure me that my data isn’t being misused.
So to summarise, definitely buy the bike, just don’t use the app!
