At DeerRun, we stand behind the quality of our treadmills and fitness equipment. The following policy explains our warranty, return, and refund terms.

Warranty Policy

Warranty Lengt

  • A1 Pro & X20: 2-Year Warranty (1-Year Standard + 1-Year Extended)
  • All Other Models: 1-Year Warranty
  • Warranty applies to normal, non-commercial home use.

What’s Covered

If your product develops a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will:

  • Repair the faulty part, or
  • Replace the part or unit free of charge.

Customers are responsible for transport costs related to returning the product or receiving replacement parts.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, abuse, accident, or negligence
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Improper assembly or unauthorised modifications
  • Commercial or gym use

Return & Refund Policy

We support hassle-free returns within 60 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • A proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.
  • Returns must be authorised before sending anything back

If requesting a replacement for reasons not related to product fault, a re-shipping fee applies.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us First
    Email: treadmill@pitpatpower.com
    Include your order number, product name, issue description, and photos/videos if applicable.
    Do not return any item without authorisation.
  2. Return the Product
    After approval, return the item using a tracked courier service (e.g. Royal Mail, DPD, Evri).
    Keep the tracking number as proof of postage.
  3. Inspection & Confirmation
    Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome and proceed with a refund or replacement.
  4. Refund or Replacement- Refunds are processed within 7 working days after inspection
    - Replacements are shipped promptly once confirmed
  5. Re-shipping Fee (if applicable)
    If requesting a replacement not due to our fault, a shipping fee applies.
    We will send you a secure payment link. Once paid, we’ll ship your replacement promptly.

Order Cancellation & Address Changes

Cancel Order

  • Before shipping: Full refund available.
  • After shipping: Standard return process applies

Change Shipping Address

  • If the order has not shipped, we can update your address
  • Once shipped, address changes are no longer possible

Shipping Fees for Replacement or Returns

If our team instructs you to pay a shipping fee (e.g., for replacement shipping), please complete payment via the secure link provided.

  • Fees apply when the return is not due to our fault.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once dispatched.
  • All payments are in GBP (£).
