Cancel The Order
Dear friends, if the order is canceled before the order is shipped, the canceled order will receive a full
refund. For cancellation requests after an order has been shipped, a Return Material Authorization needs to be
issued whether or not the customer has received the order.

The Item I Received Is Damaged!
The product may be damaged during shipping, and please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Return Process

3. We will generate a return logistics waybill, which will be picked up by the courier company.
