This is my first treadmill I’ve purchased so I did not know what to expect, I can say I’m really pleased with it. Firstly delivery was on time and came securely packed. Assembly was very easy.
The treadmill is a good solid unit easy to set up and use. I should have bought one ages ago.

It’s exactly what I wanted, I love it so far (after about a week) it’s easy to use, quiet, heavy duty and feels well made…I worried when I saw such bad reviews of the company but my machine arrived quickly and well packaged

I order my and receive it the next day then pad is easy to put together and I try and use it everyday easy to store away.

So many bad reviews, I nearly didn't bother ordering, but I took the risk & used my CC for peace of mind.

Ordered 9th Jan, item was delivered 14th Jan, no dispatch email until after delivery, luckily I was home.

Ordered the Q1 walking pad, I was abit nervous about quality & weight capacity but it's decent, much better quality than I expected.

Setting up we had to lubricate the pad (oil supplied) & align/tighten the rollers as it wasn't central, bit tedious, back & forth but other than that no issues.

The remote is small/lightweight enough to be kept in your hand. Good speed, when you press stop it gradually slows down & doesn't just fling you off like I've seen some reviews claim!

I will say the pad is quite small, I think running you'd probably run off it 😅 a couple of times on my first use I was nearly off the back of it, but once I got used to it & figured where to stand I had no issues.

The display flickers between all functions so you can easily monitor progress. I'm yet to set-up the app, personally don't think I'll need it.

Not quite sure why there are so many bad reviews around, if your looking for a compact walker to increase your steps in the comfort of your own home then I highly recommend this product.

So far, so good, fingers crossed it stays that way. 5*

I am really enjoying this walking pad so far. It’s only been about a week but I love using it to walk on while I watch movies instead of just rotting on the couch. So far my only complaint with the walking pad is that the light up buttons on the hand rail are very bright. I wish there was a way to turn down the brightness. Overall it’s a really well built machine and I hope that it lasts a long time.

It’s perfect for my apartment, small enough to move with ease and slide behind the couch. Big enough for me (5’9” Female) to comfortably walk on. Gonna help me hit my fitness/weight goal for 2025!

I'd rec'd this nearly 2 weeks agi, but I was too sick to open box & set it up. Today my daughter came by & helped me get it out of box & put behind my sofa. I've only used it for 15 minutes & I'm already a big fan! No set uo other than take it put of box, plug in & left handle bar & tighten in place! I love that I can move it where I want it. It stores behind my sofa & then can move it so I can watch TV as I'm walking. I also love having the phone/tablet holder. Since the handke bar has the stop/pause & speed buttons, I haven't used the remote. It's grest to have the safety cord to clip on my shirt if I should stumbke or fall. My 73rd birthday is today..I ordered this as a C-Mas & b-day gift for myself. Am so glad I did as I'd been reading reviews for several weeks until I went ahead & ordered it. Will be having a knee replacement in another 4-6vweeks & this will be great fir my recovery! I went on Amazon & found all DeerRun mini treadmills were more expensive & not the newest model as the one I ordered on D-R website! I recommend people order directly from D-R website!

This walking pad is hitting all the spots. It’s lightweight, yet sturdy and durable. It has a sleek feel to it, leaving a rather tiny footprint in my living space. It’s also on the quieter side, though not silent. I find both running and walking to be comfortable. Now it’s just about the test of time and if it has staying power. So far, so great.

5-star service all the way! The treadmill arrived on time. It’s nice not having to worry about delivery.

Had my walking pad just over a week now & used it every day.. it's great for getting your steps in at home in front of the tv. it's amazing how fast 30 mins goes by when your not watching the timer.. love it!! easy to use, accurate ( used against apple watch 10) quiet, easy to move on the wheels and store behind the door.. my only thing is i wish i'd bought the one with the hand rail but that's a me issue not a product issue.. if you have balance issues then go for the hand rail option..
