Packaged well and easy to get up and running straight from the box. Easy to move with two wheels at the front. I’m 5’7 and don’t think I would be confident going faster than a walk with the length of the pad but that’s fine for me. It is louder than I had hoped, not ideal when trying to watch the tv etc while using.
I had a problem with delivery taking far longer than expected and the customer service team were really quick to respond so thanks to them!

I'm glad to have found this machine. I purchased the longer lead, had a slot in my lounge / kitchen for it to live and had a higher bar already in place.
I can now work on my laptop whilst walking uphill!
A great addtion to my routine on the busy days when I can't get my steps in.
It is solid, works well and is of good quality. I recommend it.
I had to wait for 3 weeks due to shipment issues but customer services are great although I was quite cross with them because I want my product, once it’s arrived it was great and worth of money spend on the product thank you
