So many bad reviews, I nearly didn't bother ordering, but I took the risk & used my CC for peace of mind.

Ordered 9th Jan, item was delivered 14th Jan, no dispatch email until after delivery, luckily I was home.

Ordered the Q1 walking pad, I was abit nervous about quality & weight capacity but it's decent, much better quality than I expected.

Setting up we had to lubricate the pad (oil supplied) & align/tighten the rollers as it wasn't central, bit tedious, back & forth but other than that no issues.

The remote is small/lightweight enough to be kept in your hand. Good speed, when you press stop it gradually slows down & doesn't just fling you off like I've seen some reviews claim!

I will say the pad is quite small, I think running you'd probably run off it 😅 a couple of times on my first use I was nearly off the back of it, but once I got used to it & figured where to stand I had no issues.

The display flickers between all functions so you can easily monitor progress. I'm yet to set-up the app, personally don't think I'll need it.

Not quite sure why there are so many bad reviews around, if your looking for a compact walker to increase your steps in the comfort of your own home then I highly recommend this product.

Had my walking pad just over a week now & used it every day.. it's great for getting your steps in at home in front of the tv. it's amazing how fast 30 mins goes by when your not watching the timer.. love it!! easy to use, accurate ( used against apple watch 10) quiet, easy to move on the wheels and store behind the door.. my only thing is i wish i'd bought the one with the hand rail but that's a me issue not a product issue.. if you have balance issues then go for the hand rail option..

I’m really impressed with this walking pad! It’s perfect for fitting under my desk, allowing me to stay active while working. The setup was straightforward, and the app control is a nice touch for tracking progress and accessing training courses. It’s compact yet powerful, handling my weight with no issues at all. Overall, it’s quiet, smooth, and a great addition to my home office setup!

This is a walking pad not a traditional treadmill. This is smaller, lighter, and easier to store away. The maximum speed is 6km/h, equivalent to a fast paced walk. There isn't a supporting bar to hold on to. So I placed it under a standing desk or next to kitchen working top, in case I need any support. When not in use, it can be stored behind the sofa. Seems sturdy enough for it's use. The recommended app works ok, although the app has a wider applications, such as running, not just for the walking pad. So far I have not encounter any problem with it.

I really like these slim low profile Treadmills. My husband liked the one I had gotten so much that I got him one too. Since we were both wanting to use them at the same time. It is extremely easy to assemble. You just pull it out of the box and it's ready to go. There are two little levers that you can loosen to put the arm bar either up or down. Because it is lightweight, It is easy to move around. It easily tucks under the bed. If you want to do that. It works really well. It has a magnet clip on it that if you clip to yourself and that comes off it automatically stops the machine so it doesn't keep running for a safety featur. It does come with a remote control that you can control it with but for me that's not something I really use cuz I have the handlebars up that have the buttons on it and I use that. I have used mine for over a year with no problems. Just got a new one for my husband. We use more in the winter months. Very good to keep getting steps in even in the cold weather.

I love this walking pad. I have it at work under my desk and frequently use it to avoid sitting at a computer all day. Very light weight and movable. Easy to put away. I did have a issue with it making a noise and contacted customer service and they were quick to respond within the hour and start working to assess the issue. They quickly replaced my walking pad and it was delivered in no time. Its really refreshing to have a company that works hard to satisfy their customers.

This is an excellent little treadmill. Ideal for under my new standing desk. The belt runs smooth and true and this is fully and easily adjustable. Perfect for a slow walk when doing some actual work and speeding up a little in-between tasks. It's exercise without even thinking about it. Great way to get your steps in and this particular treadmill is fantastic.

This treadmill is really good. It make no noise whilst using it. It is also very lightweight and easy to move. There was no need of assembly. I really recomend the app as It made exercising fun. The size of Treadmill is very ideal as fits in my living room. This is good value for money!

The color is so pretty! Love how light weight and compact this treadmill is. Can be easily stored under the bed.
