A Full Running Deck means more of the treadmill deck is actually available for your stride. Unlike traditional treadmills with a bulky motor hood taking up space at the front, Flex Rise 1 keeps the running area more open from front to back.

That gives you more freedom to walk, jog, and run with a natural stride, without constantly feeling like you need to stay farther back on the belt.

Yes. Flex Rise 1 supports speeds from 1 to 16 km/h, making it suitable for walking, jogging, and everyday running—not just walking-pad use. Its more open full-deck design also gives you more usable running space.

Many traditional home treadmills have a raised motor cover at the front of the deck. This can make the usable running area feel shorter and more enclosed.
Flex Rise 1 removes that bulky front obstruction, creating a more open running surface and giving your stride more room from front to back.

The 0–15% auto incline lets you increase workout intensity without simply increasing your speed. Higher incline can make walking or running feel more challenging and engage your lower body more, giving you more training variety in the same workout time.

Flex Rise 1 supports users up to 159 kg, providing a stable platform for a wide range of users.

Flex Rise 1 features a cushioned running deck designed to absorb impact and reduce vibration, helping keep both footstep noise and floor disturbance lower during workouts.

It’s built to deliver a smoother, more comfortable experience for everyday home use.
