I ordered the product, they sent an incomplete order without incline option…aftersales support tried to say i was incorrect, I issued pictures, they offered me a small refund, after several discussions we agreed a partial refund amount - 3 weeks later and many attempts to resolve, deerrun still say they are “processing” this… and cannot provide any proof they have completed this simple function.
Absolutely awful after-sales experience and a company who cannot complete a simple order / transacrion.

Purchased this midweek and it arrived on the Saturday. Was overly pleased with it. Used it the weekend for the 1st time not a problem. Until today. Was heading for a 30 minute work out when I went to up the speed it sped up massively which sent me flying across the room and crashed into the table. The machine didn’t stop. Luckily my other half caught me so my landing wasn’t that bad. He then went to test the machine out and the stop button is not responding when it wants to. Also the design of the machine is stupid why put the speed button next to the 9 button they should be Separate when you want to increase you can accidentally catch the 9 button.
