Part was damaged on arrival. I contacted their automated customer service chat and was advised they would send a new part. Been 3 weeks and not heard anything
We order the A6 Plus first the reset button is broken we let it go they give 20 gift card not even one week old the A6 Plus while using it had smoke coming out and burning wire smeel I panic amd worried might cause of fire the brand is not what expected and very disappointed, dont trust it anymore even chnage it worried it will broke again and this time really cause accident and fire
