Never used anything like this before and this is perfect foe a beginner. Small but sturdy, perfect for a small room. Has all I need in time/speed/calories display.
Beware registering it with PitPat, once registered you are automatically part of a “club” that charge a fortune membership after 1 week. I found it very hard to cancel as it was all over the place with no “cancel” button…………
Saying all that, the treadmill is very good at a decent price.
