If you need to file a claim, please check the email account you used to place your order. Look for an email from Seel containing your policy ID and the covered items.
To submit a claim, click the “Report an issue” button in the email and follow the instructions based on the issue you encountered.
If you cannot open the link in the email, you can also visit: https://resolve.seel.com, enter your email address along with your order number or policy ID, and follow the instructions.
