I’ve been a treadmill runner for over five years, so when I finally decided to invest in my own machine, I did extensive research. After reading countless positive reviews, I chose this treadmill and was genuinely excited when it arrived.
Unfortunately, the excitement ended almost immediately. From day two, the speed controls became unsafe. Any attempt to increase the speed beyond 9 km/h causes the treadmill to malfunction — it suddenly beeps and jumps uncontrollably from 9 km/h to 14 km/h. The only way to stop it is by pulling the safety key, which is alarming.
Today, the issue escalated further. While increasing the speed from just 6 km/h to 6.3 km/h, the same erratic behaviour happened again. For context, I’m a petite woman (5 ft, 47 kg), so this isn’t a case of the machine being overloaded.
If you’re a runner, I strongly advise against buying this treadmill. It is genuinely a health and safety hazard, and the lack of reliability makes it unusable.

I ordered the product, they sent an incomplete order without incline option…aftersales support tried to say i was incorrect, I issued pictures, they offered me a small refund, after several discussions we agreed a partial refund amount - 3 weeks later and many attempts to resolve, deerrun still say they are “processing” this… and cannot provide any proof they have completed this simple function.
Absolutely awful after-sales experience and a company who cannot complete a simple order / transacrion.
Would not recommend at all to anyone
