Great service quick delivery. The tread mill comes very well packed. Easy to assemble very sturdy but of kit.
Its a great treadmill , but unpacking it was hard work and it would have helped if the instructions covered unpacking and moving it as the treadmill is heavy with 2 delivery men having to carry it into my property
I only discovered the wheels when i had totally removed it from the packing but by then I had purchased removal dollys to move the treadmill where i wanted it

I had an issue, my misunderstanding, I contacted Deerrun their customer service was second to none, they came straight back to me, their understanding and feedback and support, first class.
Bought for my adult daughter who is thrilled with it. Didn't need an expensive, fancy machine for basic home exercise and says this does a really good job for her needs, especially calculating calories, etc.. Heavy, solid machine, and feedback elsewhere suggests the company's customer care service is good - but hoping we won't need it.
