Treadmill works okay, but the delivery time is terrible, communications with Customer Services is worst, you might as well surrender your sanity as they completely ignore your requests. Still waiting for their compensation for bad service to be refunded after 3 weeks....
So be warned!!
Treadmill is great, I love it , no problems at all.
The delivery driver was less than useless. He said he wouldn't carry it up the stairs because he's not insured. When I ask if he would give me a hand he said he couldn't because of a broken finger. So I had to carry the thing up two flights of stairs on my own. Now I have bruises all up my arms. I'm 60 years old.

The broken finger didn't stop him unloading it from the van and carrying to the bottom of the stairs in all about 40 feet.
Easy to set up and operate. I am 85 and a widower, living in a hilly area. Always worried about tripping and falling when out walking. I can now exercise in comfort and safety. I did not sign up to the exercise plan in the app, as I will only be walking. An excellent machine for the elderly exercise. Started with 10 minute sessions and will increase this as my fitness improves.
This treadmill is fabulous,I've only had this treadmill a few days but it was easy to set up,and use.
I like the fact it can fold up and be moved on it's front wheels to put either under my sofa or lent against a wall.
The app was easy to use with different races and challenges.
The customer service team were fantastic when I had a query,helpful and very understanding.
Would highly recommend
Purchased this amazing treadmill at the beginning of July, I have been on a diet for a year but I'm so inactive I was struggling to lose weight - purchased the Treadmill from Deer Run - been on it for 15 mins a day for the past few weeks at 3.5 which is a good steady pace, the weight is dropping off me, I'm in a first floor flat so didn't want anything too noisy - it's very quiet... Would have been 5 stars if it hadn't been for the delivery company XDP I think they are called - deliver straight to your door..not... they left it lying in the street - that is not delivery to the door so shouldn't be advertised as such...apart from that very nice item thank you :)
