Health reason for buying DeerRun

I am almost 80 years old with a few health problems. I have been told to
get walking exercise to help with my breathing. I have only just bought my treadmill and am using it 3 times a day at present for short periods. First impressions are that I am pleased with my machine and hope I can continue
