Warranty Policy
A1 Pro & X20: 2-Year Warranty (1-Year Standard + 1-Year Extended)
All Other Models: 1-Year Warranty
Our warranties cover normal, non-commercial home use.
If your product is found to be defective or malfunctioning within the warranty period, DeerRun will repair or replace the affected parts free of charge.
Customers are responsible for any transport costs incurred during the repair process.
What our warranty does not cover:
This warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, abuse, normal wear, and tear or accident, or
man-made damage.
